Advancing Beyond the Silicon Era
As silicon-based technologies approach their fundamental limits, the need for energy-efficient alternatives has become critical. Our research focuses on multiferroic materials—innovative systems that combine magnetic and ferroelectric properties, enabling low-energy, electric-field control for next-generation devices.
At the Solid-State Research Laboratory, we develop advanced ferrite–ferroelectric composites and engineered thin films with enhanced multifunctional performance. Through cutting-edge experimental research, we aim to drive innovation in energy-efficient electronics, data storage, and smart materials.
